Contals is priced at $9 per user per month or $90 per user per year. For teams with more than 40 users, you can request a quote for an exact price.

Can I pay for Contals monthly?

Yes, you can opt for monthly payments for your account. Simply select the monthly option in the billing section after logging in, and you'll be able to pay on a month-to-month basis. Please note that the monthly plan does not include a discount, so if you're looking to save, we recommend choosing the yearly plan.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, opting for a yearly plan grants you an 17% discount.

Does Contals offer plans to nonprofits and NGOs?

Contals proudly supports organizations making a positive impact globally. Therefore, we offer discounted pricing for eligible nonprofit organizations. Contact us to learn more about our nonprofit plan and pricing.

How can I manage my billing?

As an account admin, you can view your purchase history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more in the billing section.

Can I change my plan?

You can modify your plan anytime by changing the plan type or adding/removing users. However, beyond the refund period, no refunds are provided for downgrades. To change your plan, go to the Billing section, click 'change plan,' and select your desired option.

The security of our customers' data is our highest priority. We employ advanced security measures to ensure the integrity and privacy of your data and comply with stringent data protection laws, particularly for EU users.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit cards, excluding debit cards. You can also pay for your Contals subscription using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that available payment methods may vary by location. Additionally, we accept invoices for Enterprise orders that meet a minimum fee. What is your refund policy?
