Our pricing and trust promise

Contals promises in writing: your price stays for 12 months, volunteers, guests and viewers stay free forever, you can export everything at any time, nothing locks you in, and you get your money back within 30 days. During early access the free-plan limits can still change before the launch, and the terms of service carry the binding version.

Your price stays

Existing customers keep their price per full member for 12 months. A later price change is announced at least 60 days ahead, and you can cancel before it applies.

Volunteers, guests and viewers stay free

People who do not create or organize boards never pay – on every plan, on any number of boards, forever. Only full members (owners, admins, members) count, once per organization.

The free plan stays

The free plan includes up to 5 full members and 10 boards. Changes to the free plan are announced 6 months in advance, and no data is deleted because of them.

Export any time

Boards and workspaces export as JSON with cards, comments, Power-Up data and the activity of the last 13 months – on every plan, without a support ticket and without a fee, also after a paid plan ends.

No lock-in

Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and run to the end of the period. When a paid plan ends, nothing is deleted: the organization continues on the free plan, everything stays readable and keeps working within the free limits. An organization is deleted only when one of its owners asks for it.

If Contals is not right for you, we refund your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it – no questions asked.

Try Team without a card

Every new organization gets the Team plan for 14 days without entering a card. Afterwards it continues on the free plan unless you upgrade – nothing is deleted.

Fair for nonprofits

On request, for churches and charities: registered churches, charities and associations get the Team plan free for up to 15 full members, and 50 % off paid plans beyond that. They ask for it on their organization’s billing page, and we review each request.

Contals earns money from full members on paid plans – never from ads, from selling or sharing data, or from metered AI credits.

Big changes to how Contals looks or works come as an opt-in preview first, so teams can switch when it suits them.
