Can I host Contals myself?
No. Contals is only available hosted, at Cloudflare under EU jurisdiction. If the data must live on your own server, Wekan or Planka fit better.
Can I move from Wekan to Contals?
Yes: export the board in Wekan as JSON and import it into Contals. Lists with WIP limits, cards, labels, checklists, comments, members with an e-mail address, custom fields and votes come along.
