Why Contals for regular team check-ins?
Keep meetings at a minimum and use Contals for everything else
Instead of scheduling standups or status meetings, set up a question as an automatic check-in. It saves time and keeps a permanent record of everyone's input.
1
Simple Questions, Simply Asked
Keep your questions short and precise, and pick a good time for them. Choose which weekdays to ask your check-in questions—weekly, biweekly, or even just once a month.
2
Choose Who Gets Asked
Assign people to questions in advance, whether they are your team or invited guests. Privacy is a priority: guests see only their assigned questions, even if they are public. 1-on-1 questions are private between the creator and each assigned person.
3
Access Control
Choose public questions for everyone to join, private questions for closed groups, or 1-on-1 questions for guaranteed privacy.
Reduce your time in meetings with Contals
Getting started is quick, easy, and free. Sign up, create questions, invite your team, and let Contals automatically ask them regular questions.

Anyone can create regular check-in questions, just like scheduling a meeting. Guests have limited permissions and can only participate in assigned questions.
Who can see answers and comments?

Private questions are limited to those assigned by the creator.
