Frequently Asked Questions

Who can create regular check-in questions?

Anyone can create regular check-in questions, just like scheduling a meeting. Guests have limited permissions and can only participate in assigned questions.

Who can see answers and comments?

Public questions are open to everyone, like an all-hands meeting.
Private questions are limited to those assigned by the creator.
1-on-1 questions are between the creator and each assigned person. The creator sees all answers, while participants can only interact with the creator.

Can someone else be a moderator?

Yes, a user can be assigned the "moderator" role. Moderators can manage public questions and private questions they are part of (adding or removing people, changing question times or access controls). They can also edit or delete answers and comments to ensure proper information sharing.
