Contals is calm work management for teams with many projects and many helpers: Kanban boards with lists and cards, like Trello. These docs explain every feature step by step, in English and German; the app itself is also in French, Italian and Spanish (readers in those languages get the English docs).

## How Contals is organized

| Level | What it is |
|---|---|
| Organization | Billing, admins, single sign-on, two-factor sign-in, the audit log and AI settings; created automatically with your first workspace |
| Workspace | Your team's home with members and roles – usually one per team, club, church or company; with a dashboard and a calendar across its boards |
| Board | One per project, event or ministry; private by default |
| List | A column on a board, such as "To do", "Doing", "Done" |
| Card | One task, with description, labels, assignees, due date, checklists, custom fields and comments |
